QUALITY IN PRACTICE

Professional QA/QC & Quality

Prevent risks early. Inspect the details. Follow corrections through.

FROM REQUIREMENT TO SHIPMENT

QUALITY IS WORK
THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.

Professional QA/QC is a core MONTSON service for managing product and delivery risks.

QA focuses on prevention: suitable suppliers, clear materials and configurations, and aligned samples and documents. QC verifies the goods against agreements and follows findings through to correction and reinspection.

We coordinate supply through partner manufacturers, connecting customer requirements with delivery through clear criteria, on-site checks and traceable records.

QA / PREVENTION & ALIGNMENT

CLARIFY REQUIREMENTS.
REVIEW RISKS EARLY.

01

Supplier & capability review

Review qualifications, production and test capabilities, material controls, lead times and responsiveness against the project brief.

02

Approved samples & specifications

Align materials, construction, colours, key components, functions, accessories and packaging, then translate approvals into production and acceptance requirements.

03

Version & change coordination

Match samples, BOMs, manuals, artwork and test records to the supplied version. Review implications when materials, components or packaging change.

04

Destination documentation

Review records for the specific product, materials, battery and destination; coordinate additional testing or documentation with suppliers or third parties where needed.

QC / INSPECTION & FOLLOW-THROUGH

INSPECT AGAINST CRITERIA.
FOLLOW FINDINGS THROUGH.

01

On-site sampling & appearance

Sample under the agreed AQL plan and record critical, major and minor findings. Review colour, scratches, burrs, cleanliness, stitching and assembly consistency.

02

Function & construction

Use product-specific checks, including tumbler rims and handle fastening, mirror lighting and charging, pump connections and controls, strap strength and complete accessories.

03

Packaging, marking & protection

Check barcodes, carton marks, languages, quantities and accessories against approved artwork; coordinate drop, stacking and other packaging checks as specified.

04

Findings, corrections & reinspection

Record photos, locations and severity, then review causes, corrective actions and timing with the factory. Reinspect against the criteria before confirming shipment arrangements.

Agree criteria→Inspect→Document→Correct & reinspect→Review shipment

Sampling levels, defect classifications, test items and acceptance criteria are agreed for the specific product and customer requirements.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

PRODUCTS AND RECORDS.
THE SAME SUPPLIED VERSION.

Drinkware & food-contact materials

Review body, lid, straw and seal materials alongside corresponding food-contact and relevant test records.

Electronics & battery products

Check model, specifications, circuitry and cell identity against relevant electrical, EMC/RoHS, battery safety and transport records.

Manuals & retail packaging

Align warnings, languages, specifications, barcodes and artwork to reduce differences between product, records and packaging.

Packaging BOM & material information

Organise materials, component weights, supplier details and supporting evidence around the packaging version supplied.

Confirm documentation scope and test applicability for the model, materials, configuration and destination.
